Go To Line Number In Xcode

Within Xcode you can jump to a line number in the active tab using the keystroke ⌘L. A dialog box will popup, enter the line number and hit enter to go to the line.

The Jump dialog box also has a dropdown located in the upper left corner that maintains a list of recent line numbers that you’ve entered:

  1. another short cut key
command + Shift + o = to open type a file or symbol name

  2. When you’re using Synergy to share a keyboard between a PC and a Mac, if the PC is the master, ⌘L will lock the PC :)
